Product Instructions
Well known for its mild flavor, this meaty and flavorful tuna is perfect for grilling or searing. Size and thickness of portions will vary, adjust cooking instructions accordingly. Remove all packaging before cooking and consumption.

Thawing: Remove from all packaging. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or for 2-3 hours before cooking. Cook seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees using a meat thermometer. Do not re-freeze after thawing.

Pan Fry: 1. Heat a cast iron or grilling pan until very hot. 2. Brush steaks with olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. 3. Grill on each side for 2-2-1/2 minutes. The center should be bright red and raw, with only the outer edges being cooked. 4. Allow tuna steaks to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen.
